SMS Opt-In Terms & Conditions

  • Program Description: Users can expect to receive messages relating to the state of their networks, applications and services in a variety of scenarios in addition to standard account management.
  • Frequency: Users will receive as few messages as possible, potentially as few as 1 per month.
  • Opt-out: Users can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with STOP. After Users send the SMS message STOP, we will send Users an SMS message to confirm that Users have been unsubscribed. After this, Users will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If Users want to join again, they can just reach out to their sales representative or simply sign up as they did the first time. Once confirmed and authenticated, ActivLab will start sending SMS messages to Users again.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at alerts@activlab.com or your sales representative.
  • Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
